Orlando Bloom says acting veteran Peter O'Toole is the wittiest person he's ever met. O'Toole, who burst into international fame four decades ago with his performance as Lawrence of Arabia and is notorious for his carousing, hard-drinking life, plays Bloom's father in the upcoming Troy, and the younger actor says he will never forget the experience. "He's a great racounteur," Bloom reports. "He's the sharpest wit I've ever met. This one time he's walking up these stairs with a fag hanging out of his mouth, and someone says to him: 'Peter, have you ever thought of giving up cigarettes?' And he goes" 'No, but I've thought about giving up stairs!' He's a very cool man."
